About Me
With over three decades of experience in animal care, disaster response, and hospice volunteering, Jenn brings a unique depth of compassion and calm to her work as an end-of-life doula and coach. She began her career in the animal field in 1988, eventually founding a successful pet care business and serving in leadership roles within national organizations. Her work extended to disaster deployments and cruelty investigations across the U.S., where she supported both animals and the people who loved them.
Jenn’s calling to end-of-life support was also shaped by deeply personal experiences—caring for her grandmother, being her mother’s sole caregiver until her passing, and supporting loved ones through their final transitions. In 2004, she completed hospice training and volunteered for several years, further solidifying her commitment to walking alongside others during life’s most vulnerable moments.
In 2021, Jenn and her husband moved to Cleveland, Ohio, to be closer to family. Inspired by her life’s path and a desire to support others with dignity and presence, she founded Journey’s End Cleveland, offering legacy coaching, farewell planning, and caregiver support with warmth, experience, and heart.
